De&nbsp;bezoekers spraken vol lof over de&nbsp;mediterrane kleur in het sfeervolle recreatiebad. Besloten werd ook het wedstrijdbad meer elan te geven. De grote bak met water om&nbsp;toveren&nbsp;tot een ware belevenis is gerealiseerd&nbsp;door de kleurenwisselaars van WaterVision. Het wedstrijdbad vormt nu een geïntegreerd onderdeel van de totale sfeerbeleving. De kleurenwisselaars veranderen in een vloeiende beweging&nbsp;het water in alle kleuren van de regenboog. Vooral de pasteltinten paars, roze&nbsp;en goud zijn een attractie op zich. Het wedstrijdbad wordt zichtbaar meer benut door het publiek dan voorheen.&nbsp;De recreatieve capaciteit van de&nbsp;Scheg&nbsp;is hierdoor aanzienlijk&nbsp;vergroot en&nbsp;heeft substantieel meer bezoekers getrokken.
